Graphic designers are familiar with the term “Grid/s”, which describes organizational tools that define the active space of the page and help the designer structure strong layouts. Grids also provide the designer with control, creative visual connections and design unity. Simply put, we can say that grids are useful tools that can guarantee predictable and safe results due to their static character as foundation stones.

Simplicity.

Simplicity is defined as the quality or condition of being easy to understand or do. Leonardo De Vinci described simplicity as the ultimate sophistication. Other thinkers have defined simplicity as the freedom of artificial ornaments, pretentious styles and luxury. We look at simplicity as a necessity in the new world of business. How to spoil a good blog

Ads2blog is the only blog that opened online space to the Kuwaiti advertising industry, and it seems that the blogger had sincere intentions. The blog as simple as it showcases artworks and published viewers’ comments. For years, the blog published all kinds of disrespectful comments, sarcastic replies and a tremendous amount of curse words and insulting expressions (all posted by people from the advertising industry). How many promotions does it take?

Since I arrived to work in Kuwait, I have noticed the enormous amount of promotions run by brands from all categories. Promotion, sales, discounts and gift coupons are filling the air. Do Kuwait customers respond only to promotions? I don’t think so. (more…)
